Guest Hi, we did our training last year. Opened it in April and it has a lot of hard work, those first six months or so are quite hard. Opening day was very busy. Even with the support staff; yeah, it was hard. You see the very best from people and the worst. We were being called the worst Tim's ever, why would Tim's put there name on our building. It was discouraging at times, people doubted our commitment to the restaurant said we would give up. Then the constant staff turn over the rate, constantly training. Watching videos. Ordering more uniforms. Staff not showing up, or calling in sick with a stomach ache or headache. Late. Angry staff. Hahah. Anyway, it gets better though, like I said, like we were told, get past the first six months or so and it gets easier. It really does. Work hard and good luck.
