For four days I have not been able to play any of my Big Fish gamnes. The message " the big game manager is not working" Now I've tried your suggesments, but I'm still not playing games.
BigFish have a Trojan virus and don't know it. Can't download game manager or any games and can't get a proper answer from them. My 3 anti-virus programs keep blocking.
Our built-in check shows that Big Fish Game Manager is clean. But it's best to be safe.
Turn off all antivirus programs, download Game Manager via Mozilla Firefox and try again. Could be scripting errors causing problems, this happens when programs are corrupted by numerous uninstalling.
I have purchest a lot of games lately, having trouble getting my Big Fsh game, icon wont come up.

I am having the same problems too. I have 40 some games that I can't even get in to play. When I try to log-in, it just sits there trying to log-in with no results. I've been having this problem since the first of Oct. I'm like you, they won't answer my emails. I'm so sick I'm about to just give up. I read on some of the complaints and they say that tech has walked them through steps to fix the problem. But nobody tells us how to solve the problem. I am going to get in touch with home office and see if I can get some results. Someone said that they had updated the manager and it has worked right since. If anyone hears anything post it.
I have written several times. I want to purchase at least four games for my Mac. Every time I try, I get to the point I have to enter the password. I can't remember the one I started with so must go to get a temp password. I can't seem to change it permanently. Anyway, I can't get beyond that point to purchase a game (games). What can I do? Can you help?
