Change the Sampling Rate of MP3 Downloads
The sampling rate is the number of samples taken from an analogue signal per second to make it into a digital signal. In MP3 files, the common sampling rates are 44.1 kHz and 48 kHz, which corresponds to 22,050 and 24,000 Hz per channel (left and right) respectively.
This set of applications will allow you to change the sampling rate of your MP3 files.
